How will I know whether I will be graduating in time for INCEIF 17th Convocation 2026?Eligibility and your invitation email
Before proceeding with the convocation, graduand who will be graduating in INCEIF 17th Convocation will be receiving an email from INCEIF. If you have fulfilled the entire course requirements for the convocation but yet to receive any invitation email from INCEIF, please email [email protected]
What are the Convocation fees?RM 500.00 · payment through the Student Portal
Graduands are required to pay RM500.00 convocation fee which will cover:
- Rental of convocation regalia
- Scroll holder
- Photography
- Refreshments (for Graduands and two (2) Guests)
- KMC Alumni lifetime membership for those who are attending the ceremony.
Payment can be made through student portal.
How many guests may I bring into the convocation hall?Two invitation cards and auditorium entry requirements
Each graduand will be given two (2) invitation cards for two (2) guests only. Cards are to be collected during collection of convocation regalia. Guests are required to bring along the card when attending the ceremony as the card will enable usherers to show them their respective seats. Please note that children under age of 12 are not allowed to enter the Auditorium simply because it is a solemn ceremony and may be too long for a child to sit through.
Where can I purchase extra invitation cards?Request through the Student Portal · first come, first served
Any requests for more than two invitation cards are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Please make the request via student portal. Invitation cards are priced at RM85.00 each. Payment can be made through student portal.
What time must I be at Sasana Kijang on the Convocation day?Registration opens at 8.30 am
Our registration counter at the Foyer on the Ground Floor is open at 8.30 am. Graduands who fail to be on time may not be able to join the graduands procession and may be denied entry into the Auditorium.
What do I get during registration day?Your line-up and procession sequence card
Upon registration at our registration counter, graduands will be given a specific sequence card that consists of the information on graduand line-up division and sequence. PLEASE BRING ALONG THE SEQUENCE CARD TO THE GRADUANDS PROCESSION AREA.
What are the parking fees at Sasana Kijang?LG4 and LG5 · weekday and weekend arrangements
On Rehearsal Day (Weekdays):
Parking is available at LG4 and LG5 of Sasana Kijang at a rate of RM10 per entry. No ticket validation is required. Only cashless payments are accepted, with pay stations located on the respective levels.
On Convocation Day (Weekend):
Parking at LG4 and LG5 of Sasana Kijang will be complimentary.
Is there a dresscode for graduands?Graduand attire and footwear requirements
Male graduands should wear a long sleeve shirt and dark coloured lounge suit with proper leather shoes. Female graduands should wear national costumes or dresses or pants suits with court shoes. For all graduands and guests, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, sandals, open-toe shoes and slippers are not allowed. When wearing skirts, the hemline should be below the knee.
